Joseph Mukasa holds a master’s degree in Climate Change Adaptation from the University of Nairobi, Kenya and a Bachelor’s degree in Science Education (Biological) from Gulu University. He has carried out a number of climate change research and published a research article titled “Drought and household adaptive capacity to water scarcity in Kasali, Kyotera, Uganda” in the journal of Water and Climate Change (WCC) (https://doi.org/10.2166/wcc.2020.012). He has done a number of presentations in major conferences including “Evidence to Action” that took place in Nairobi, Kenya, “5th Africa Climate and Development Initiative (ACDI) Poster Presentation” at the University of Cape town, South Africa, “Uganda Water and Environment Week 2020 (UWEWK 2020)” at Entebbe, Uganda among others

He is passionate about climate change and environment. He believes that each one can together do simple things that collectively can save our planet now and in future. He loves the efforts that Greenwatch is putting in to save our mother planet and he feels blessed to volunteer with such an organization.
