Sarah Naigaga is an Advocate of the\r\nHigh Court of Uganda. Her work has primarily focused on promoting and\r\nadvocating for public participation in development processes at both national\r\nand regional levels.

\r\n\r\n

Sarah has worked with the National\r\nEnvironmental Management Authority (NEMA) Uganda and Conservation Strategy Fund (CSF), as the Africa Programme Coordinator for the Biodiversity Understanding in Infrastructure and Landscape Development (BUILD) program which involved trainings in economic analysis for conservation, collaboration\r\nwith stakeholders on using economic tools of analysis, and advocating for policy\r\nchange based on emerging issues. Sarah has also worked with IUCN to re-establish\r\nthe Nile Basin Discourse, a regional CSO network engaging developments in the\r\nNile Basin region. She is a member of the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide (E-LAW). She\r\nholds a Bachelor of\r\nLaws Degree (LLB) (Hons.) from London University and a Diploma in Legal\r\nPractice from the Law Development Centre.
